It was developed according to modernist principles and imagined as an 'ideal city': here, people would have all the conveniences of city life while feeling close to nature, focusing on coexistence.

With its twelve apartment buildings with a library, supermarket, sports and playgrounds, the site feels like a village within the city. With a simple table full of coffee, tea, waffles, Renée and Erien made room for encounters, sincere conversations and time spend together. Through photography, they talked about the neighborhood then and now.

Poetic notes from the chats with the residents indicate a walking path anchored with graffiti on the ground through the site, leading to large-format prints on the windows at various locations in an open air exhibition on display from January to August 2026.
